Culture:  Best grown in rich, medium moisture, well-drained soil in part shade. Tolerates full sun only if grown with constant moisture. Soil pH affects flower color (blue color in highly acidic soils and pink color in slightly acidic to alkaline soils). Add aluminum sulfate to soil to make flowers bluer or add lime to soil to make flowers pinker (add any such soil amendments to plant root zone in late autumn or early spring). Bloom occurs on old wood. Prune any time after flowering by cutting back flowering stems to a pair of healthy buds. Prune out weak or winter-damaged stems in early spring. Only winter hardy to USDA Zone 6. Noteworthy Characteristics: This big leaf hydrangea cultivar is part of the hortensia or mophead group (large sterile florets arranged in globular or “mophead”-like panicles). Culture:  Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prompt removal of root suckers will help maintain plant appearance, and, if desired, help prevent thicket formation.

Noteworthy Characteristics: American filbert (also commonly called hazelnut) is a deciduous, rounded, multi-stemmed shrub which typically grows 8-16′ tall and occurs statewide in dry or moist thickets, woodlands and wood margins, valleys, uplands and prairies. Monoecious (separate male and female flowers on the same plant). In spring, male flowers appear in showy, 2-3″ long, yellowish brown catkins and female flowers appear in small, reddish, inconspicuous catkins. Female flowers give way to small, egg-shaped, 1/2″ long, edible nuts (maturing July-August) which are encased in leafy, husk-like, ragged-edged bracts. Nuts are similar in flavor to the European filbert, and may be roasted and eaten or ground into flour, but are also commonly left for the squirrels and birds. Ovate, double-toothed, dark green leaves (3-6″ long). Fall color is quite variable, ranging from attractive combinations of orange, rose, purplish red, yellow and green to undistinguished, dull yellowish green. Zones 4 to 9.

Culture:  Easily grown in average, medium to wet soils in full sun to part shade. Adaptable to both light and heavy soils. Prefers rich, consistently moist, acidic soils in full sun. Good shade tolerance, however. Inkberries are dioecious (separate male and female plants). Female plants need a male pollinator in order to produce the berry-like drupes that are characteristic of the species and cultivars. Prune to shape in early spring just before new growth begins. Needs minimal pruning unless used as a hedge (perhaps best grown as an informal hedge). Remove root suckers regularly if colonial spread is not desired.

Noteworthy Characteristics: Ilex glabra (inkberry) is a slow-growing, upright-rounded evergreen shrub in the holly family. It typically grows 6-8 feet tall but can spread by root suckers to form colonies. ‘Shamrock’ is a compact rounded cultivar that grows 3-4 feet tall and suckers less than the species. Obovate to oblanceolate, spineless, glossy dark green leaves (to 1.5 inches long) usually remain attractive in winter unless temperatures dip well below zero. Greenish white flowers appear in spring, but are relatively inconspicuous. If pollinated, female flowers give way to pea-sized, jet black, berry-like drupes (inkberries as it were) which mature in early fall and persist throughout winter to early spring unless consumed by local bird populations. Zones 4 to 9.

Culture:  Easily grown in moist, humusy soils in full sun to part shade. Grows very well in wet soils, including flood conditions and shallow standing water. Adapts to a wide range of soils except dry ones. Pruning is usually not necessary, but may be done in early spring to shape. If plants become unmanageable, however, they may be cut back near to the ground in early spring to revitalize.

Noteworthy Characteristics: Buttonbush is a somewhat coarse, deciduous shrub with an open-rounded habit that typically grows 6-12′ (infrequently to 20′) tall. It is most frequently occurring in wet open areas, low woods, thickets, swamps, upland sink-hole ponds, river bottomland and stream/pond margins. Tiny, tubular, 5-lobed, fragrant white flowers appear in dense, spherical, long-stalked flower heads (to 1.5″ diameter) in early to mid-summer. Long, projecting styles give the flower heads a distinctively pincushion-like appearance. Flower heads are very attractive to bees and butterflies. Culture:  Grow in moist, well-drained, loams in full sun. Tolerant of summer heat and humidity. Established trees do well in dry conditions. If growing this tree at least in part for its edible nuts, planting more than one tree facilitates cross-pollination and generally produces a more abundant nut crop.

Noteworthy Characteristics:  Native to China and possibly Korea, Chinese chestnut is a medium sized, low-branched, deciduous tree that typically grows 40′ (less frequently to 60′) tall with an open rounded crown. It is grown as an ornamental tree and/or for its edible nuts. It is noted for its resistance to chestnut blight which has nearly wiped out the native American chestnut (Castanea dentata). Chinese chestnut features oblong-lanceolate, coarsely toothed, dark green leaves (5-8″ long) that are soft green and pubescent beneath. Leaves turn varying shades of yellow in fall. Aromatic monoecious creamy yellowish-white flowers appear in catkins in late spring, the male flowers located at the top portion of the catkin and the female flowers located near the base. Flowers can be quite showy, albeit for a brief period. Flowers are followed by edible chestnuts which are encased in spiny dehiscent burs (2-3″ diameter), usually 2-3 nuts per bur. Although Chinese chestnuts are sometime sold in farmers’ markets, it is the Spanish chestnut, Castanea sativa, that produces the chestnuts most often sold commercially. Molissima comes from the Latin word for soft, in reference to the pubescent twigs and leaf undersides. Zones 4 to 8.

The Dwarf Ixora, also know as Taiwan-ensis, are wonderful ever-blooming shrubs that are easy to grow and maintain. These plants make great low hedges due to their shrub form and compact shape. The plant has large leaves and clusters of flowers in shades of red, yellow, or pink.

Grey Dogwood - We have 39 of these available growing in quart containers. Gray Dogwood is a deciduous shrub which typically occurs in moist or rocky ground along streams, ponds, wet meadows, glade and prairie margins, thickets and rocky bluffs. It grows 10-15′ tall and features white flowers borne in terminal racemes (hence the species name of racemosa) in late spring and grayish-green, elliptic to lance-shaped leaves (2-4″ long). Foliage turns an interesting (but not always showy) dusky purplish red in fall. Terminal stems holding the flowers are distinctively red and provide interesting contrast to the clusters of small white berries which form after the flowers have dropped. It is best sited in a northern or  eastern exposure that  receives some afternoon shade. It needs  consistently moist soils.  American Beech - We have 2 of these available growing in 4 inch  containers. Native to eastern North America, American beech is a large  deciduous tree typically growing to 50-80′ (less frequently to 120′) tall with a  dense, upright-oval to rounded-spreading crown. It is a low-branched tree with  its mature trunk ranging from 2-3′ (less frequently 4′) in diameter. Trunks have  distinctive thin, smooth, gray bark. Ovate to elliptic dark green leaves (to 5″  long) have coarse, widely-spaced marginal teeth and prominent parallel veins, each vein ending at the tip of a marginal tooth. Culture:  Best grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soil in full sun. Does well in loamy, clay soils with good drainage. Benefits from a slow release fertilizer. Overly fertile soils tend to produce lush foliage growth at the expense of flowering with somewhat increased susceptibility to winter injury, however. Water roots deeply, particularly in dry spells, but avoid wetting the foliage. Plant in a protected location and apply a good winter mulch. Above ground branches are considered to be winter hardy to USDA Zone 7, whereas roots are usually but not always hardy to USDA Zone 5. Roots will sprout new stems which typically grow 2-4′ tall by the end of the growing season. Flowers appear on the new wood.

Noteworthy Characteristics: This crape myrtle cultivar (a cross between L. indica and L. fauriei) is one of several mildew resistant hybrids. It is a deciduous, upright, spreading, multi-stemmed shrub. ‘Hopi’ is a compact cultivar which features dark green foliage turning dull reddish-orange in fall, grayish-brown bark which exfoliates with age and terminal, crepe-papery, 6-7″ long inflorescences (panicles) of light pink flowers from mid-summer to early fall. Culture:  Hedera helix ‘Gold Child’ has 2″-3″ stunning variegated leaves with golden margins. In hot weather the border becomes creamy-white, the leaves will darken in full shade. Similar to ‘English’, but a more moderate growth rate. Contrasts well with blue flowers.

Culture:  Best grown in loamy, medium  moisture, well-drained, acidic soil in full sun.  Adapts to a wide range of soils however.  Prune May to early June (i.e., after flowering  but before flower buds form for the following  year).

Noteworthy Characteristics:  Although  Sargent crabapple may technically be grown  as a dwarf tree, it is for all practical purposes  usually grown as a dense, spreading,  horizontally-branched, deciduous, multi-  stemmed shrub. As a shrub, it typically  grows 6-8′ tall with no central leader and  spreads to 15′ wide. Pink buds open to a profuse, but brief, spring bloom of fragrant, white flowers (1″ diameter). Profuse bloom often occurs only in alternate years. Flowers are followed by small, red crabapples (1/4″ diameter) which mature in the fall. The pea-sized fruits are sweet-flavored like rose hips, but are not usually used in cooking. Fruits are long-lasting and attractive to birds, however. Korean Azalea - This Korean azalea is a spreading, low to medium sized shrub which typically grows 3-6′ tall with an 8-12′ spread. Evergreen in mild winters, but deciduous in cold winter climates. Noteworthy Characteristics:  Siberian cypress (sometimes also called Russian arborvitae) is a dwarf, evergreen conifer that forms a shrubby ground cover to 8-12″ tall with indefinitely spreading stems that nod at the tips. May spread to as much as 10-12′. It is native to mountainous areas of southeastern Siberia. Feathery, soft-textured, scalelike (infrequently awl-shaped) foliage is arranged in flat, fan-like sprays reminiscent of arborvitae (Thuja). Plants also resemble in habit some of the horizontal junipers. Foliage is bright green in summer changing to bronze-purple in fall and winter. Culture:  Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prefers moist loams, but tolerates wide range of soils and has good drought tolerance. Prune as needed immediately after flowering, however pruning off spent flowers will eliminate late summer fruit display. Noteworthy Characteristics:  This viburnum perhaps best noted for its compact, spreading habit and glossy foliage. It is a densely-branched, multi-stemmed shrub which typically grows 4-5′ tall and 7-8′ wide. Features fragrant, creamy white flowers arranged in flat-topped umbels (2-4″ wide) in April. Noteworthy Characteristics:  Common hackberry is a medium to large sized deciduous tree that typically grows 40-60′ (less frequently to 100′) tall with upright-arching branching and a rounded spreading crown. Trunk diameter ranges from 1-3′ (less frequently to 4′). Mature gray bark develops corky ridges and warty texture. Insignificant, mostly monoecious, greenish flowers appear in spring (April -May), with male flowers in clusters and female flowers solitary. Female flowers give way to an often abundant fruit crop of round fleshy berry-like drupes maturing to deep purple. Each drupe has one round brown seed within. Fruits are attractive to a variety of wildlife. Birds consume the fruits and disperse the seeds. Fleshy parts of the fruit are edible and somewhat sweet. Ovate to oblong-ovate, rough-textured, glossy to dull green leaves (2-5″ long) have mostly uneven leaf bases and are coarsely toothed from midleaf to acuminate (sharply pointed) tip. Culture:  Easily grown in average, dry to medium, well-drained soils in full sun. Tolerates light shade, but best foliage color is in full sun. Tolerant of drought and poor soils. Intolerant of wet, poorly-drained soils. Foliage is semi-evergreen. Clumps tend to die out in the center and need to be divided and replanted or replaced every 2-3 years. Cut back foliage in early spring to 3-4″ to tidy clumps and to facilitate emergence of the new leaf blades. Many gardeners shear off flower stems after bloom. Clumps may decline in hot, humid summers, and should be cut back if such occurs. Mass densely (plant 8-10″ apart) when planting as a ground cover since clumps do not spread outward very much and weeds may grow between clumps if spaced too far apart. This cultivar does not reliably come true from seed.

Noteworthy Characteristics:  ‘Elijah Blue’ is a short-lived, low-growing, semi-evergreen, clump-forming ornamental grass noted for its glaucous, finely-textured, silver-blue foliage. Foliage forms a dome-shaped, porcupine-like tuft of erect to arching, needle-like blades radiating upward and outward to a height of 6-8″ (flower stems typically bring total clump height to 10-14″). Culture:  A wonderfully easy plant to maintain with a swift growth rate, Cornus alba Elegantissima is a dogwood with variegated foliage. Its leaves have a jagged, creamy margin and an olive green centre. It produces small white flowers in May and June, which are followed by white fruit that sometimes have a hint of pale blue. Neither of these are very showy, however, and most gardeners grow dogwoods for another reason. Like other varieties of Cornus alba, Elegantissima’s great appeal is the glistening red bark of its new stems, which can transform a frozen winter landscape, especially when planted en masse. Dogwoods love moisture and are perfect plants to go on a river bank, in marshy areas or a bog garden. Grows to 4 to 6 feet tall and wide.  Zones 3 to 7.

Culture:  Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Best in moist, fertile loams in full sun. Young trees develop a long tap root which makes transplanting difficult.

Noteworthy Characteristics: Black cherry, wild cherry or wild rum cherry is native to eastern North America, Mexico and Central America. In Missouri, it typically occurs in both lowland and upland woods and along streams throughout the state (Steyermark). It is one of the largest of the cherries, typically growing to 50-80′ (less frequently to 100′) tall with a narrow-columnar to rounded crown. It is perhaps most noted for its profuse spring bloom, attractive summer foliage and fall color. Fragrant white flowers in slender pendulous clusters (racemes to 6″ long) appear with the foliage in spring (late April-May). Flowers are followed by drooping clusters of small red cherries (to 3/8″ diameter) that ripen in late summer to dark purple-black. Fruits are bitter and inedible fresh off the tree, but can be used to make jams and jellies. Fruits have also been used to flavor certain liquors such as brandy and whiskey. Fruits are attractive to wildlife. Narrow oblong-ovate to lanceolate, glossy green leaves (to 5″ long) have acuminate tips and serrate margins. Foliage turns attractive shades of yellow and rose in fall. Mature trees develop dark scaly bark. Bark, roots and leaves contain concentrations of toxic cyanogenic compounds, hence the noticeable bitter almond aroma of the inner bark. Native Americans prepared decoctions of the inner bark for cough medicines and tea-like cold remedies. Hard, reddish-brown wood takes a fine polish and is commercially valued for use in a large number of products such as furniture, veneers, cabinets, interior paneling, gun stocks, instrument/tool handles and musical instruments. Specific epithet comes from the Latin word for “late” in reference to the late flowering and fruiting of this cherry in comparison to other cherries. Zones 3 to 9.

Culture:  Sometimes called Wild Sweet Crabapple. A deciduous tree with a short trunk and a wide spreading head of grayish branches. Height 20 to 30 feet with a spread of 15 to 25 feet. The broad, flat leaves are oblong, 2 to 4 inches long and medium green in color. Flowering occurs April to May, the last crabapple to bloom. The pink buds open into a single, white tinged with rose flower. The blooms are very fragrant like a violet and measure 1 ½ to 2 inches in diameter. The fruit is approximately 1 inch in diameter; yellowish green and orange shaped. The fruit matures to a yellow-green color and falls from the tree from September through November.

The fruits are readily eaten by wildlife and remain edible through the winter and into early spring making them a valuable food source for these animals. Choose a site in full sun for best development of flowers and fruit. Quite adaptable to varying soil conditions. Prefers moist, well drained acidic soil. Requires little pruning, but if needed, complete before early June. A native tree that is urban tolerant. Well suited ornamental in the lawnscape, highway plantings, parks and public building areas. Culture:  Best grown in well-drained sandy loams with regular moisture in full sun to part shade. Tolerates full shade but with much reduced flowering. As a vine, it is perhaps best sited where it would receive full winter sun, such as the south side of a building or against a south-facing wall. Tolerant of a wide range of soil conditions. Train as a vine on a support structure or sprawl along the ground. When grown as a ground cover, plants will spread less aggresively in poor, lean soils. Noteworthy Characteristics: Winter jasmine is a trailing, viny shrub that grows from a central crown. ‘Lynwood’ (also sometimes commonly called ‘Lynwood Gold’) is a naturally-occurring branch sport of Forsythia x intermedia ‘Spectabilis’. It was originally discovered in 1935 growing in a garden called Lynwood located in Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is a vigorous, heavy-blooming forsythia that is noted for producing a spectacular late winter to early spring bloom of somewhat larger-than-usual bright yellow flowers which are abundant and well-distributed along the branches. And those single, axillary, broad-petaled, yellow flowers (to 1 3/4″ long) literally cover the shrub with bloom before the new spring foliage emerges. After flowering, ‘Lynwood’ blends back into the landscape for the remainder of the growing season as an upright-spreading, somewhat nondescript, green-leaved, deciduous shrub. It typically grows to 6-9′ tall and as wide. Ovate leaves (to 3 1/2″ long) with toothed margins are dark green. Leaves turn yellow with purple tinges in fall.

Culture:  Easily grown in most soils. Best in lean to average soils with regular moisture in full sun. Lean soils help restrain growth. Will grow in part shade, but needs full sun for best flowering and subsequent fruit display. Prune in late winter to early spring. Mature vines require little pruning other than removal of dead or excess growth. Vines may be grown on structures or allowed to ramble along the ground. It is generally best to avoid growing vines up small trees or through shrubs because vines grow rapidly and can girdle trunks and branches causing damage and sometimes death. Vines sucker at the roots to form large colonies in the wild. Vines will also self-seed, often with assistance from local bird populations.

Noteworthy Characteristics: American bittersweet is a deciduous twining woody vine that is best known for its showy red berries that brighten up fall and winter landscapes. This species is native to central and eastern North America including Missouri. In Missouri, bittersweet is typically found in woodland areas, thickets, rocky slopes, bluffs, glade peripheries and along fence rows throughout the State (Steyermark). It is often seen growing along the ground, over and through low shrubs or circling trees in the wild. Berry-laden branches are prized for use as indoor decorations, and collection of the branches in the wild has significantly reduced the wild populations in some areas. Rapidly grows to 20′. It produces serrate, elliptic to ovate, yellowish-green leaves (to 4″ long). Staminate and pistillate flowers appear in clusters on separate plants in late spring. Flowers are greenish-white to yellow. Fertilized female flowers give way in summer to spherical orange-yellow fruits. Fruits split open in fall to reveal scarlet fleshy berry-like seeds (arils). Fruits are poisonous if ingested, but are considered to be quite tasty by many birds. In the 1700s, plants were given the name bittersweet by European colonists because their fruits purportedly resembled in appearance the fruits of a Eurasian nightshade (Solanum dulcamara) that was known to them as bittersweet. The common name of false bittersweet also came to be used for the within species to distinguish it from the Eruasian nightshade. Zones 3 to 8.

Culture:  Grow in moist, fertile, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Prefers full sun. Thrives in moist soils, but tolerates drier soils better than many other willows. Best foliage color occurs in cooler summer climates north of USDA Zone 7. Prune as needed in late winter to early spring. Many gardeners prune stems back in late winter each year to encourage more vigorous growth and to control plant size. However, minimal pruning works well if a large wild shrub with arching branches is desired. This cultivar may be trained to grow as a small tree (plants are sometimes sold in a grafted form).

Noteworthy Characteristics: ’Hakuro-nishiki’ (synonymous with ‘Albo-maculata’) is a deciduous shrub with variegated foliage that brings year-round interest to the landscape. New foliage emerges pink in spring, maturing to creamy white and green. Foliage eventually turns yellow in fall with late leaf drop. Pendant yellowish catkins appear in early spring. Stems turn red in winter. Plants typically grow to 4-6′ tall, but can eventually reach 10′ tall or more if stems are not regularly pruned. Branches on young plants grow stiffly outward in all directions, but begin to arch and weep as plants mature. Lance-shaped leaves (to 4″ long) are particularly attractive in spring to early summer when pink, white and green colors all appear. ‘Hakuro-nishiki’ refers to the blend of colors in the variegated leaves. Zones 5 to 7.

Culture:  Best grown in organically rich, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Tolerant of a wide range of soils. Prefers consistently moist, well-drained soils. Suckers freely to form colonies unless root suckers are removed. Best winter stem color occurs on young stems. Although pruning is not required, many gardeners choose to cut back all plant stems to 1′ in late winter each year to promote the best winter stem color. Another pruning option is to remove 20-25% of the oldest stems in early spring each year. Any loss of flowers through spring pruning is not terribly significant since the small flowers of this dogwood are rather ordinary.

Noteworthy Characteristics: ’Midwinter Fire’ is a bloodtwig dogwood cultivar that is noted for its colorful stems and twigs in winter. It is a multi-stemmed, suckering, deciduous shrub that grows to 5′ tall and 6′ wide over 8 years. The outstanding ornamental features of this cultivar are: (1) yellow winter stems which are tipped with red twigs and (2) golden yellow fall foliage color. Noteworthy Characteristics:   Photinia villosa is a large deciduous shrub, which can be trained as a tree, reaches 10 to 15 feet in height, less in spread. The foliage is dark green, yellows in the summer and finally changes to bronzy red in fall. Flowers in late spring or early summer, small white blooms on 1 to 2 inch diameter corymbs. In mid fall a bright red pome is produced, which will persist on the shrub if not devoured by birds. Rarely requires pruning, prefers well drained, acid soil. Fireblight can devastate this species. Noteworthy Characteristics:   Eastern white pine is a rapid-growing, long-lived, needled evergreen tree that is native to the northeastern United States and Canada (State tree of Maine and Michigan). Although pyramidal in its early years, it matures to a broad oval habit with an irregular crown. Typically grows 50-80′ in cultivation, but will grow to 100′ tall in the wild, with records existing to over 200′. Landscape size and shape can be controlled through pruning, however, to the extent that white pine may be sheared and grown as a hedge. Bluish green needles (to 5″ long) are soft to the touch and appear in bundles of five. Cylindrical, brown cones ( 4-8″ long) are usually not produced until 5-10 years. An important timber tree (perhaps more so in the 18th and 19th centuries than now) which was and is valued for its lightweight, straight-grained wood (orange heartwood and white sapwood).  Zones 3 to 8.

The problem with trumpet vine is usually not how to grow it but how to restrain it. Blooms on new growth, so early spring pruning will not affect the flowering. Vines must be grown on sturdy structures because mature plants produce considerable weight. This is an extremely aggressive plant which suckers profusely from underground runners and freely self-seeds. Will form impenetrable colonies in the wild which can choke out many plants that get in its way.

Noteworthy Characteristics:   Trumpet vine (also commonly called trumpetcreeper) is a woody, clinging vine which attaches itself to structures and climbs by aerial rootlets. Rapidly grows 30-40′ high. It produces compound, odd-pinnate leaves (to 15″ long) which are shiny green above and glabrous below. Clusters (terminal cymes) of red trumpet-shaped flowers (to 3″ long) appear throughout the summer. Flowers are very attractive to hummingbirds. Flowers are followed by long, bean-like seed pods (3-5″ long) which split open when ripe releasing numerous 2-winged seeds for dispersal by the wind. Native to the southeastern U.S. Zones 4 to 9.

Noteworthy Characteristics:   This deciduous magnolia ranges down the spine of Appalachia and across the woodlands of the mid-South to as far west as eastern Oklahoma. It’s an understory tree that grows along cool, moist mountain streams and next to swampland. In the wild, it usually grows about 30 feet tall and wide.

Umbrella magnolia has a smooth, gray bark and relatively few branches. The main trunk sends up a number of fast growing suckers from near the base. In other trees, this would be taken as a sign of distress, but in umbrella magnolia it seems to be just a natural occurrence.

The most remarkable thing about this species is its nearly 2-foot long leaves that are 8 inches across. They’re produced at the ends of the branches in a whorl, thus accounting for the common name. It has the look and texture of a banana, albeit a branched one. Fall color is not remarkable, but it’s remarkable when a blizzard of these large leaves fall off of the tree after the first light frost.

Noteworthy Characteristics:   An early-blooming lilac that does well in both balmy and icy climates, this deciduous shrub offers the features of common lilac but blooms a week or more earlier. It forms a rather open medium-sized to large shrub with oval mid-green leaves.

Plant this shrub in full to partial sun and well-drained mildly acidic to mildly alkaline soil. It is most floriferous and least lanky in full sun. With its exceptional cold hardiness and relatively low winter chilling requirement, it succeeds in the mild environs of California and the severe cold of the northern Great Plains. The early blooms may be damaged by late freezes. Like most lilacs, it is susceptible to powdery mildew, especially in humid droughty conditions. Mass ‘Pocahontas’ in screens, windbreaks or hedges, or use it singly in a shrub planting or mixed border. It is ideal near a path or patio, where its perfumed flowers can work their magic. The flowers are also wonderful in bouquets. Zones 2 to 7.
